Biography

I am a German and Italian qualified lawyer with extensive experience in advising companies, entrepreneurs and investors on domestic and cross-border transactions. Having worked for many years with leading international law firms in Munich and Milan, I have developed a strong focus on M&A, corporate and commercial law, and complex contractual matters. A particular focus of my practice is German-Italian cross-border work. My dual qualification and in-depth knowledge of both legal systems enable me to bridge different legal and business cultures and provide clients with pragmatic, commercially oriented advice. I have longstanding experience in acquisitions and disposals, corporate growth and strategic investments, MBOs, shareholder changes, company succession, distressed M&A, as well as corporate reorganizations and restructuring projects. I also advise on commercial agreements and international distribution matters. My approach combines legal expertise with a strong understanding of the commercial aspects of transactions, with the aim of providing practical and tailored solutions in complex and international business environments. I am fluent in German, Italian and English and also speak French.
