Biography

Modupeola Olusoga is the Chief Operating Officer of Streamsowers & Köhn, one of Nigeria's leading commercial law firms. With nearly 20 years of experience across financial services, consulting, professional services, and the legal sector, she specialises in law firm management, organisational strategy, governance, talent development, and operational excellence. She has successfully led transformational initiatives that have improved organisational performance, strengthened business operations, enhanced people development, and driven sustainable growth. Beyond her executive role, Modupeola serves as the African Regional Forum Liaison Officer to the International Bar Association's Law Firm Management Committee and as the President of the Association of Law Firm Administrators Nigeria (ALAN). Through these leadership roles, she promotes professional development, thought leadership, and collaboration within the legal management profession. A recognised speaker and writer on law firm leadership and legal operations, Modupeola's areas of expertise include C-suite leadership, corporate governance, business sustainability, law firm management, operational excellence, talent strategy, and institutional resilience.
