Biography

Federica Munno has been working with the Firm since 2023 and focuses mainly on corporate law and M&A, with a focus on capital markets transactions, regularly assisting listed companies, PE funds and financial institutions in extraordinary transactions as well as public purchase offers. Furthermore, she has specific experience in structuring the governance of listed issuers and in the related consultancy in light of market abuse legislation. Before joining the Firm, she gained significant experience of over 15 years in one of the main Italian firms, where she was a partner. Federica also gained international experience at a leading firm in London and currently holds the position of officer at the Securities Law Committee of the IBA.
