Johanna Haltia-Tapio
Biography
Johanna has over 25 years of experience advising domestic and international clients across a broad range of industries on complex employment law matters. She supports clients in all aspects of the employer’s day-to-day responsibilities and regularly advises companies’ boards of directors on matters such as executive management’s terms of assignment, incentive and retention arrangements, pensions and benefits, as well as contract terminations. Johanna’s extensive experience also covers large-scale restructurings, co-operation negotiations and transactional employment law, including outsourcing projects. Johanna is highly skilled in negotiating collective bargaining agreements and employee participation arrangements, and she provides guidance on employment law issues related to insolvency and bankruptcy. In her work, Johanna emphasizes the need to understand each client’s business, specific circumstances and objectives. She aims to provide practical, real-world solutions, ensuring that clients receive advice that is both high-quality and actionable. Clients value her pragmatic and responsive approach, and she is widely respected as a discussion partner in complex employment law matters.
