Biography

General Partner, Ugly Duckling Ventures. 25+ years in tech. Exited founder. Investor in what's next. I co-founded and led Mono Solutions - a B2B SaaS platform for small businesses - to acquisition by Bauer Media Group in 2019. Since then, I've been backing Nordic founders who are building something that actually matters. On AI: I'm not interested in the hype. I'm interested in who gets to build the infrastructure, set the guardrails and define the values baked into the next wave of AI. Europe has a choice right now - and I think it's a geopolitical one as much as a technological one. As Nordic Ambassador for Next Frontier AI, I'm working to make sure the right founders are in the room when that decision gets made. For me, responsible AI is not a slide with nice principles. It's about architecture, governance and human accountability. I also chair the Danish Foundation for Entrepreneurship — because the long game starts in the classroom.
