Biography

Elisa Henry is Associate General Counsel, Digital, Commercial and Data Law at WSP Global, one of the world's leading professional services and engineering firms operating across 54 countries. In this role, she leads the WSP's Technology Law team, supporting the company's digital client-facing projects, responsible AI governance, and strategic IT procurement across all regions. Prior to joining WSP, Elisa was a partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) and McMillan LLP in Montréal. She began her legal career at Herbert Smith and Salans in Paris and is now based in the Netherlands. Her expertise and leadership have made her a trusted advisor in the field of technology law and data protection. Elisa is a member of the Québec Bar and the Paris Bar. She serves as Senior Vice Chair of the IBA Technology Law Committee.
