Biography

Yoram Elkaim is Google's Vice President of Legal, International. He oversees the legal function advising Google in all local markets outside the US to enable innovation in accordance with local laws and regulations. Yoram brings nearly 30 years of experience in technology, media, and communications law—including over 20 years at Google. Over this period, he built and coached high-performing legal teams with deep expertise in intellectual property, privacy, competition, consumer protection, cybersecurity, and dispute resolution. Before joining Google in 2005, Yoram advised startups in-house and practiced as an associate at Herbert Smith LLP. He was admitted to practice with the New York and Paris bars.
