Riccardo Lucev

Biography

Italian criminal lawyer, founder of Studio Lucev, specialized in white-collar criminal defense and compliance advisory. Riccardo has gained vast experience in the defense of individuals and corporations in complex criminal investigations, such as on financial crimes, tax crimes, environmental crimes and workplace injuries. He also provides assistance on compliance matters that arise in Italy for corporations (e.g. drafting of compliance programs under the so-called "law 231" or the drafting of whistleblowing procedures). Riccardo speaks Italian, English and French.
