Biography

Jan Lindberg is a Partner at TRUST, a Finnish business law firm, where he works at the intersection of technology, intellectual property and transactions. He advises on M&A and private equity, venture and growth financings, complex ICT, cloud and SaaS agreements, and technology and IP disputes. With a background in mathematics and information technology before law, Jan combines legal, commercial and technical understanding, particularly in transactions where value is driven by software, patents, data or mission-critical technology. His work is highly international, spanning Europe, the US and Japan, and he frequently acts for technology companies, investors and international law firms on cross-border matters. Jan holds an M.Jur. from the University of Oxford and has been recognised in international legal rankings for his work in technology, IP and transactions.
