Biography

I am a solicitor of England and Wales and a research psychologist. As a practitioner-academic, I bring together over a decade of experience in legal ethics and regulatory policy with research-informed insights from organisational psychology. Specifically, my interests focus on how human and systemic factors interact to influence ethical decision making, behaviour, and wellbeing in the legal profession. Alongside academic research and teaching, I work with the profession, professional bodies and regulators, and international institutions on policy and education-focused initiatives to strengthen ethical and healthy working practices in law.
