Biography

Daria Pastore assists and represents Italian and foreign companies operating in various industrial and commercial areas in disputes regarding civil, commercial, banking and financial matters. In particular, she represents clients in litigation procedures, including precautionary procedures, in relation to agency, distribution, supply and commercial lease contracts, financial contracts, international sales, unfair competition, product liability, and intellectual property. In recent years, Daria has gained significant experience in litigation in the telecommunications and energy sectors. In addition, she has been involved in corporate litigations, assisting directors and companies. She gained considerable experience in bankruptcy and insolvency law, assisting Italian and foreign companies, funds, and financial institutions on complex issues, including international matters, and in litigations relating to major insolvency proceedings in Italy. Daria also has considerable experience in aviation law, having assisted leading companies in the aviation sector as well as companies operating in connected sectors, including oil companies and service companies, in both out-of-court and litigation matters. In particular, she has assisted important international lessors in the lease, sale, repossession and seizure of aircraft and engines, manufactures in disputes regarding product liability and compensation for damages, oil companies in complex disputes relating to jet fuel royalties, as well as several companies operating in the aviation sector in claw-back actions and admissions to the lists of creditors under several bankruptcy proceedings. She also assists clients in maritime law cases and, in particular, in seizures involving ships and sale of ships under insolvency proceedings. Daria was nominated “Acritas Star Lawyer” in 2017. Daria Pastore is also Officer of the IBA Class Action Committee and a member of the European and International Law Commission of the Rome Bar Association.
