Biography

Fabio is a senior legal counsel at AP Moller Maersk where advises the business on competition law and policy issues on a global basis. Previously, Fabio was the Head of Competition and FDI at Temasek, the Singaporean state owned investment company, and before that a Technical Specialist at the UK Financial Conduct Authority (where he led merger control work and the legal assessment of enforcement cases) and a lawyer in private practice (mostly in London, in magic circle and US law firms). Fabio is admitted to practice in Rome, New York and England & Wales; he used to be a Visiting Fellow and Lecturer at King's College London and holds two LL.M.s (one at Queen Mary University of London and one at New York University).
