Biography

Diana Iannetta is the Global General Counsel, Enterprise Legal Services at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP). As a senior leader with over 20 years of experience as a trusted legal advisor and risk manager, she is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and developing people. Diana has deep litigation expertise in both the commercial and regulatory contexts and began her career in private practice as a litigator. Prior to her role at OTPP, Diana was the Global Co-Head, Disputes, Investigations, Employment and Knowledge Management and Strategic Enablement at TD Bank. Diana also spent over a decade with CIRO (formerly IIROC), the pan-Canadian self-regulatory organization that oversees all investment dealers and trading activity on Canada’s debt and equity marketplaces. Diana was also previously a member of the board of directors of FP Canada, a national not for profit education, certification and professional oversight organization which leads the advancement of professional financial planning in Canada.
