Biography

Lawyer since 2004, he is qualified to practise before the higher Courts. Following a long-standing-experience at the law firm of Massimo Dinoia, whereof he was also named partner, in 2023 he opened his own boutique firm specialising in corporate criminal law and advisory assistance on criminal matters, providing clients with a highly professional team, both in judicial defence and compliance activities. Along his professional path, Armando also founded the White Collar and Internal Investigations department at Dentons Law Firm, Milan. He holds defence mandates from entrepreneurs and company directors involved in criminal proceedings, as a result of their top-executive role in the legal entity. Armando also assists entities in criminal proceedings for the administrative liability of corporations in criminal offences. He is a member of the Supervisory Boards of companies and banks, including those listed on the Italian or foreign stock-exchange. Over the years, he has consolidated several close-knit relations with full-service Law Firms in Italy and abroad, and with professionals in the financial sector, for whom he is a point of reference for client assistance in relation to criminal law profiles.
