Biography

I am a Partner in Trilegal, one of India's leading full-service law firms. Apart from Corproate and M&A, I specialize in asset management and funds. In addition to the core practice advising general partners, I regularly act as counsel to limited partners (including development financial institutions, pension funds, corporations and family offices) on their investments in private funds and other investment programmes. Additionally, I also advise a number of clients on special situations relating to funds, including fund disputes, end-of-life situations, fund secondaries, key person events, LPAC special counsel and manager removals.
