Biography
Senior partner at Kincaid Mendes Vianna Advogados, Camila holds a law degree from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC/RJ), and an LLM in Maritime Law, Marine Insurance, Carriage of goods by sea and international law of natural resource from London School of Economics and Leadership in Law Firm Program from Harvard Law School. Camila serves as President of the Customs, Maritime and Port Law Committee of the Brazilian Lawyers Institute (IAB), and is a member of the Maritime, Port, and Sea Law Commission at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB-RJ). She is an arbitrator of the Brazilian Center of Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA), and the China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), as well as counselor and arbitrator of the Chamber of Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration CIESP/FIESP. She is a member of the Steering Committee of the International Congress of Maritime Arbitrators (ICMA). Camila has extensive experience in Maritime Law, Tax and Customs Law, Corporate Law, Litigation and Arbitration, Ports and Infrastructure, Energy, Oil and Gas, Labor Law, Aviation Law, Compliance, and Railways.
