Biography

Partner at Barros & Errázuriz. She has extensive experience advising individuals as well as domestic and international companies on a broad range of tax matters. Her practice focuses on cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business and family reorganizations. She also represents clients in tax audits before the Chilean tax authorities and in litigation before the Tax Courts, Courts of Appeals, and the Supreme Court. She frequently participates as a speaker at national and international seminars, where she shares her experience and insights on complex tax matters and developments in tax law.
