Biography

Christian Johansen is specialized in construction law (Ph.D., University of Copenhagen, 1998). He has more than 20 years' experience advising Danish and international parties in domestic and international construction projects, and he is an experienced advisor both in matters during the construction phase and in the event of subsequent disputes. Christian often represents parties before Danish and international arbitration boards. Christian Johansen is author of a number of books and articles on construction law. He has many years of teaching experience and often gives lectures and seminars on construction law. Christian Johansen is educated and skilled as an arbitrator (FCIArb).
