Biography

Sophie Cornette de Saint Cyr is a Partner in the Corporate team, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and securities law, as well as advising French listed companies on corporate governance matters. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2001 and is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Maîtrise, 1998 and DEA, 1999 in Business Law)
