Biography

Christian Frank Madsen is an attorney-at-law, director in Plesner's Corporate Finance team advising on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance as well as general corporate law matters. Christian holds an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School and has previously worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York (2022-2023).
