Biography

Michele Caratsch specializes in transnational litigation, multi-jurisdictional bankruptcy disputes, asset tracing and recovery, and international arbitration. He has extensive experience leading teams of lawyers, forensic accountants, and investigators in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings. Michele also has a strong background in contractual law, particularly in joint ventures and international collaborations. In addition, he regularly advises private clients and their families on both contentious and non-contentious matters, addressing a wide spectrum of legal issues.
