Mirelle Lotufo
Biography
Mirelle is Partner at Mattos Filho Advogados. She is a specialist in corporate disputes, with a focus on corporate and M&A litigation. Her work focuses on domestic and international arbitrations, lawsuits, and pre-litigation negotiations, advising partners, shareholders, boards, and executives on sensitive corporate governance issues. She has extensive advisory experience in conducting corporate meetings, particularly regarding risk mitigation and preventing litigation. Mirelle is a postgraduate professor of Corporate Law and Arbitration, as well as an assistant professor of Commercial Law at PUC-SP, and a listed arbitrator of the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA). She has authored various books, academic and professional articles, and frequently speaks at corporate law and arbitration events.
