Biography

I am a dispute resolution partner at De Berti Jacchia, full-service firm based in Milan, made of 80+ professionals. I specialise in civil / commercial litigation, assisting both national and international clients in solving their commercial disputes in Italy in court and before arbitral tribunals. I assist clients when doing business in Italy by drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (from day-to-day agreements to complex multiparty projects). I am the AIJA Liaison Officer within the Young Lawyers' Committee of IBA and member of the Litigation , Women and European Forum Committees.
