Berdien Van der Donk

Biography

Berdien van der Donk works as a team leader in the European Commission’s DSA Enforcement Team, serves as Denmark’s DSA Officer, liaising on Digital Services Act (DSA) matters between Denmark and Brussels, and is an external Lecturer in EU Internet Law at Copenhagen Business School. She holds a PhD in Law from the University of Copenhagen. She is an expert on online platform content moderation, including stay-down obligations and the power of terms and conditions in limiting users’ fundamental rights.
