Biography

Chantal Pernille Patel is a partner at Danish law firm Gorrissen Federspiel’s practice group for ‘Capital Markets, Corporate and M&A’. Chantal advises on a broad range of corporate law and capital market matters in particular in connection with capital market transactions and securities regulation as well as M&A. Chantal has advised a wide spectrum of corporate clients as well as private equity funds, other institutional investors and the managers in the majority of the IPOs in Denmark in the last decade as well as a number of other public and directed offerings of equity, corporate reorganisations, M&A, structured sales processes and public tender offers for listed companies.
