Biography

Liam leads Gateley’s Financial Restructuring and Special Situations practice. He also heads Gateley’s Capital Solutions group. He has almost 20 years experience advising on domestic and cross-border restructuring, special situation and finance transactions, frequently involving complex and bespoke capital structures and financing arrangements.
