Biography

Tomaz Lyra acts in judicial litigation and domestic and international arbitration, with significant experience in high-complexity disputes involving companies, investment funds, insurers, and reinsurers. His practice focuses on commercial and corporate matters and encompasses disputes in the insurance and reinsurance, construction, infrastructure, energy, mining, and financial markets sectors, among others. He regularly handles complex coverage disputes, as well as contractual and regulatory issues in the insurance market.
