Biography

Arianna Perotti is an Italian lawyer who practices in Milan, Italy at Dardani Studio Legale. Arianna has more than 15 years of both in-house and private practice experience in engineering and construction law, advising clients on both project development and dispute resolution. Arianna is regularly involved in complex domestic and international negotiations and her experience has covered difference usiness sectors (power, renewables energies, energy storage, sub-marine constructions, oil and gas, shipbuilding, industrial components, industrial automation, automotive). Arianna has a full-lifecycle project experience and assists clients: i) in the drafting and negotiation phase, with broad practical experience with many types of construction contracts, based on both bespoke and standard forms (such as FIDIC and NEC), of construction securities, and supply chain contracts; ii) during the project implementation phase up to completion; and iii) in the dispute resolution and litigations phase. Arianna was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2009 and was called to the UK Bar by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple in London in 2021. Arianna practices in Italy, is a member of the Milan Bar and holds a specialization in International law. She is also officer of the International Construction Projects Committee of the International Bar Association and next generation member of the International Construction Arbitrators Association (ICAA).
