Biography

Jeanne Bønsdorff specializes in capital markets law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and company law. I advice Danish and international clients on all aspects of M&A transactions and investments, both in Denmark and globally. I also have extensive experience in advising corporate and private equity clients. Jeanne has assisted clients in capital market transactions and provided advice on numerous IPOs and accelerated book-building processes, acting either as an adviser or as an issuer for the banks. I offer clients a structured approach, providing clear processes and advice that safeguard both their legal and commercial interests.
