Biography

Raquel is a partner at the Freshfields office of Madrid, and co-head of Global Markets. She is a business-oriented, commercial employment lawyer. She advises on all employment-related issues, and is passionate about guiding her clients through the complexities of Spanish employment law. She does both advisory and contentious work. With a style built on close collaboration and teamwork, Raquel listens carefully to her clients’ aspirations and then seeks viable, commercial solutions to help them achieve their goals. She is also Co-Head of Global Markets, leading teams to assist clients on cross-border transactions of any sort around the world.
