Taciana Fazzolari is a Brazilian-qualified attorney and Senior Regional Director of Legal Affairs & Government Relations for Latin America at Hasbro, one of the world’s leading toy, game, and entertainment companies. With more than two decades of experience, she advises multinational companies on corporate governance, intellectual property, regulatory strategy, government affairs, compliance, commercial transactions, and risk management across Brazil and Latin America. Throughout her career at Hasbro, Nestlé, and Arcor, she has advised executive leadership on complex legal and regulatory issues across multiple jurisdictions, working with multicultural teams to support business growth, innovation, and regulatory compliance. Her practice spans a broad range of matters, including strategic transactions, intellectual property, competition law, litigation, and public policy.
