Hans Jakob Folker

Biography

Mr. Folker is the head of Kromann Reumert's white-collar and corporate crime practice group, which he founded in 2013. Before joining Kromann Reumert, Mr. Folker served as deputy state prosecutor in the Danish Serious Fraud Office. Mr. Folker is representing (mostly corporate) clients in regulatory and criminal proceedings and investigations. Mr. Folker is the author of several academic articles regarding corporate criminal law with a particular focus on bribery and corruption.
