Simon Bishop

Biography

Simon Bishop specialises in commercial disputes with a focus on the financial services sector. He has advised on dozens of disputes relating to interest rate derivatives, securities issuances and trading, bank support units, financial benchmark manipulation, banking fraud, and general commercial matters. He is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation and arbitration (under various rules). Previously at Morgan Stanley and State Street.
