Biography

Mohamed Shaban is a Senior Lawyer at Hassan Radhi & Associates in the Kingdom of Bahrain. His practice focuses on complex commercial and civil litigation, insolvency and re-organization, international arbitration, banking and finance disputes, and cross-border dispute resolution. Mohamed holds an LL.B. from the University of Bahrain and an MSc in Islamic Finance from Coventry University, alongside professional qualifications in banking, finance, and management. He also contributes to international legal publications and occasionally delivers lectures on legal practice and litigation at Bahrain’s Judicial and Legal Studies Institute.
