Full Professor at the Law Faculty of the State University of Milan, Chair of International Law and of Private International Law. Former Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Former President of the Arbitral Council of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration. Arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Active as arbitrator under the rules of several arbitration institutions. Author of books and papers on private international law, international judicial assistance, international arbitration, EC law, and international sports law. Attorney at law in Milan, admitted before the Italian Supreme Court.
