Biography

Silvia Boiardi is a partner of the firm and was admitted to the Association of Chartered Accountants in 2010. She joined Maisto e Associati in 2008 immediately after graduating (cum laude) in Economics at the Catholic University of Piacenza. Her main area of expertise comprises international taxation of multinational groups, including transfer pricing, both in the preventive phase as well as in the definition of tax controversies through settlements procedures. She often speaks at tax conferences and lectures in post-graduate tax courses in Italy and abroad.
