Biography

Imme specialises in Dutch and international tax structuring for, particularly French, multinational enterprises and investment funds. He has broad experience in advising in Dutch operations of foreign multinational enterprises, M&A, joint ventures and real estate investments. Imme worked for six years in the Loyens & Loeff Paris Office, of which he was Resident Partner from July 2020 until August 2024.
