Biography

Ritva advises clients on tax aspects related to complex transactions, intra-group restructurings and other strategic tax matters. She has extensive experience in advising clients on high-end tax and transfer pricing disputes as well as other tax processes. Prior to joining Krogerus, Ritva worked for two leading Finnish law firms, a Big 4 firm and the Finnish Tax Administration.
