Biography

I have worked with Loyens & Loeff N.V. in Amsterdam and New York from 1992 to 2022. Was a partner with Loyens from 2001 to 2022. Together with 3 of my Loyens colleagues, I started Huygens Quantitative Tax Consulting B.V. on 1 January 2022. We provide tax advice in numbers, not just words. We focus on quantifying the tax effect of transactions, restructurings and transfer pricing and perform valuations of assets for tax purposes as well as valuations of your position, as a tax payer, in disputes/settlement negotiations with the tax authorities.
