Biography

Mr. Park has advised various tech companies, financial institutions and operating companies in antitrust regulatory matters and commercial disputes involving securities transactions, shareholders agreements and distribution agreements. In addition, he has advised US and Korean clients on capital markets and derivatives transactions and related regulations. Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Park worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP’s New York and Seoul offices. He also lectured at Yonsei University regarding the implications of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology on arbitration. Mr. Park obtained a J.D. from New York University, an M.S. in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University, a B.A. in Linguistics from Korea University, and is admitted to the New York Bar.
