Biography

Herman J. Park is a partner in the Finance Group at Lee & Ko. He advises financiers and corporate borrowers, whether emanating from South Korea or from abroad, on acquisition financings and general banking mandates. He is admitted to practice law in England and he has previously practiced law at Clifford Chance and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.
