Biography

Andrea Huber is a Partner at Pestalozzi and is recognized as a leading Swiss financial services regulatory lawyer, with more than 20 years of experience advising financial institutions on complex and strategically important regulatory matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Her practice spans the full spectrum of banking and financial services regulation, with particular expertise in asset management and investment funds, fintech and digital assets, AML, governance, market conduct, regulatory investigations and enforcement. She advises leading Swiss and international banks, securities firms, asset managers, insurers, financial market infrastructures and fintech businesses on regulatory matters, cross-border transactions and innovative financial products and business models. Andrea regularly represents clients before FINMA, the SIX Swiss Exchange and other Swiss supervisory bodies, including in licensing and enforcement proceedings and regulatory investigations.
