Biography

Andrea Huber is a Partner at Pestalozzi and a core member of the firm’s Financial Services Group. She is widely recognised as a leading financial services regulatory practitioner, with more than 20 years of experience advising financial institutions on strategically significant matters across the full spectrum of financial regulation. Her practice spans both contentious and non-contentious regulatory advice, with a particular focus on complex, often multi-jurisdictional transactions and structures. Andrea regularly advises on governance, internal and regulatory investigations, and enforcement proceedings, as well as on AML, sanctions and market conduct matters. She has extensive experience across the regulatory frameworks governing banks, asset managers, insurers, financial market infrastructures and payment systems, and is at the forefront of developments in fintech, cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
