Biography

James is a specialist financing partner in Corrs’ Banking and Finance team. He has experience on a wide range of project, fund, corporate and acquisition financings, across a range of sectors. His experience includes syndicated, ECA and multi-source debt financings, capital call, NAV and GP facilities and he acts for both borrowers/issuers and lenders. He is the only Australian lawyer on the Fund Finance Association’s Asia-Pacific Executive Committee. James is recognised as a highly regarded practitioner in the 2025 IFLR1000 Australia Guide as well as Best Lawyers.
