Biography

Matthew Kwon is a senior associate at Ashurst Korea JV who advises with corporate transactions and finance. Matthew has expansive work experience in various outbound and inbound investments, and has joined in a wide-range of corporate matters. Matthew has previously worked in DLA Piper and Lee & Ko, and Mirae Asset Securities and is admitted to the New York State Bar.
