Biography

Tanvi specialises in M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and inbound/outbound investments across sectors such as IT, manufacturing, fintech, semiconductors and consumer goods. She regularly provides corporate advisory, and also advises on business/asset transfers, licensing arrangements, internal reorganization/restructuring issues and secretarial matters. Tanvi has led numerous cross-border deals and advises both Indian and international clients on strategic and financial investments, acquisitions and collaborations. She has significant experience supporting Korean companies and investors on their India-related legal matters, including market entry, strategic partnerships, and regulatory compliance. She is well-versed in the nuances of cross-border dealmaking between Korea and India. Tanvi has been recognised by leading legal listings and also serves as independent director on boards of various Indian listed and unlisted companies.
