Biography

Thomas Francis de Xavier is a third-year J.D. candidate at Georgetown Law, where he serves as Co-President of their South Asian Law Students Association and Managing Executive Editor of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. He is also the Academic Affairs Committee Chair for Georgetown's Student Bar Association. Thomas is currently externing at the New York State Attorney General’s Office, and has previously worked with the Federal Trade Commission, focusing on international consumer protection and regulatory enforcement within digital financial markets.
