Biography

Aimee joined Oakley in 2020 to establish its legal function. Aimee advises the Group on all legal matters across its investment activities, funds and global operations. Prior to joining Oakley, Aimee was part of the Corporate team at Paul Hastings in London. Her practice spanned M&A, private equity and corporate advisory mandates for institutional and private clients.
