Biography

Mary Duffy is a Chartered Work and Organisational Psychologist and an Executive on Law Society of Ireland’s Psychological Services’ team. Mary coordinates and delivers on The Complete Lawyer course for trainee solicitors aimed at equipping future legal professionals with the essential professional wellbeing skills and knowledge to navigate the demands of legal practice. She also designs and delivers the Law Society’s Culture First Well Within the Law workplace programme supporting legal organisations to build environments that prioritise culture and psychological wellbeing to sustain high performance.
