Biography

Riccardo Petrelli is a Senior Counsel of Legance. He has extensive experience in providing tax assistance to financial intermediaries in connection with capital market transactions, syndicated loans and securitisations. His other areas of expertise include real estate deals, international tax planning and M&A transactions, with particular focus in assisting foreign private equity and investment funds in the tax structuring and planning of local investment opportunities.
