Ken Lioen
Biography
Ken Lioen heads up the Tax practice. He has an in-depth experience in cross-border transactions and international tax planning. Ken regularly assists clients in applying for tax rulings, setting up management equity plans, group reorganisations, (re)financing and structuring and implementing employee long-term incentive plans (LTIPs). He obtained his law degree (cum laude) at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU Leuven) in 2007. He also obtained a post-master's degree in tax law from the Fiscale Hogeschool Brussels in 2008 and a post-master's degree in corporate law from the University of Brussels in 2010. Ken joined NautaDutilh's Tax department in 2017. He previously worked in the Brussels, Antwerp and New York offices of a Big 4 consultancy firm in the transactions and international tax department, where he worked mainly for multinationals and private equity firms.
